Account & Login

To open an account on Filezone1, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number or email address and a strong password. You may also be asked to provide your name, date of birth, and preferred currency during registration. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to register.

No, each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts violates Filezone1's policy, and if detected, all associated accounts may be suspended. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses may result in your balance being forfeited.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are usually credited to your account within a few minutes. During peak hours or high server load, it may take up to 30 minutes. If more than 1 hour has passed, please contact support.

The minimum deposit is generally ৳200 BDT, though this may vary depending on the promotion or payment method. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level. To check the exact limits, Payments Page to find out.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Your first withdrawal may take a little longer due to additional verification. Slightly longer processing times on weekends or bank holidays are normal.

Filezone1 generally does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Filezone1's control. Check your mobile banking app for applicable charges before making a transaction.

A withdrawal request can potentially be cancelled while it is still in "Pending" status. Once processing has begun, cancellation is generally not possible. If you need to cancel, contact support immediately and provide your request ID.
Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳100 BDT bonus means you need to place ৳500 BDT in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. This condition may vary for each bonus offer.

Bonus validity periods vary by offer. Welcome bonuses generally need to be used within 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus balance is automatically forfeited. The validity period for each bonus is clearly stated on the offer page.

To redeem a voucher code, Login and on the Voucher page. Enter your voucher code in the designated field and click "Apply." If the code is valid, the bonus will be credited to your account instantly. Each voucher can generally only be used once.

Cashback bonuses are typically issued on a weekly basis. If you have a net loss within a set period (usually Monday to Sunday), you receive a percentage of that loss back as cashback. You may need to opt in via the promotions page to be eligible.

Yes, Filezone1 offers live betting. Odds update in real time while the match is in progress, so you can place bets as the action unfolds. Keep in mind that quick decisions are key, since odds change from moment to moment.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, certain bet markets may offer a "cash-out" option, which lets you settle your bet before the match ends. Always double-check your bet before confirming.

Filezone1 uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.00 mean a ৳100 BDT bet returns ৳200 BDT if you win (your ৳100 BDT stake plus ৳100 BDT profit). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the bigger the payout. bets page for a more detailed guide.

Mobile App

Download the Filezone1 app directly from Download Page available for download. Android users need to download and install the APK file. iOS users can also find instructions on the download page. If the app isn't available on the Google Play Store or App Store, download it directly from the site.

To install the APK, enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your phone's settings. This option is usually found under Settings > Security or Settings > Apps. You can turn it off again after installation. For a full guide, on the Download page. available.

When a new update is available, you'll see a notification the next time you open the app. You can update directly from there, or Download Page to download and install the latest APK. Installing the new APK over the old version will not erase your data.

First, fully close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your phone. Clear the app cache by going to Settings > Apps > Filezone1 > Clear Cache. Check your internet connection. If there's no pending update, reinstall the latest version. If none of that helps, contact support.
